Nice and good advice,Inquiries are made about the intended use of the equipment to be rented (excavator and core drilling machine) and any planning errors (possibly insufficient digging depth) are pointed out, so that even a layman has a good chance of a satisfactory work result (provided one can still use the equipment) .The prices are good to cheap, even if there is of course always the possibility of getting certain devices cheaper elsewhere.For my part, I was very satisfied and can recommend you guys with a clear conscience!

Fast, uncomplicated and friendly ordering of tools and equipment, fair prices, very friendly and competent delivery drivers!Unfortunately, I have to deduct a point because the delivery date agreement was superfluous - drivers did not come in the agreed period, mobile phone number was left for free, there was no call when the devices would be delivered. The model with the deposit was a bit confused, the deposit exceeded the total amount, in the end it was only clear when asked that the amount would be returned. Still a clear recommendation!

That worked great. I had borrowed the DINO lift. For a day. After a friendly consultation and an appointment, the stage was brought in the morning and picked up again after work. Security is also very important at KTG and the remaining amount of the deposit was returned immediately after the invoice. Thank you for the support with my project.

Small construction project planned? No suitable construction machines ready? So far, there has always been the right equipment for my needs, mostly spontaneously and then also at very good conditions. The selection of construction machines and tools is very large and there is even a shop on site to buy tools and accessories.If a device is needed for my next project, my first point of contact is KTG Baumaschinen GmbH.

Service desert Germany? Not here! I am completely thrilled, from the unbelievable friendliness of the staff, to the choice of machine rentals and the price-performance ratio, and it doesn't matter whether you rent privately or commercially. If you need help with your project and the necessary tools (we had the trencher), you've come to the right place. And even if something breaks, chips fall while planing, nobody's head will be torn off here.Conclusion: a clear recommendation.Dear KTG team, I would like to express my personal thanks once again for the first-class service and your friendliness. I can only recommend it, I've borrowed something there twice now.First a mini excavator and now a vibrating plate, a short briefing and off we went.Anytime again staff nice and courteous.

Basically easy to reach by phone and e-mail and you also get a quick response. However, the rental prices (in my case for a mini excavator) are rather vague. The website says rental price/day from €85.95 incl. VAT.I get an offer by email where the daily rent for said mini excavator is around 125€.When I called to ask why there was a rental price difference of around €40, I was snappily told that I should read the rental product in question properly and thatthe rental price of around €86 refers to the monthly rent and NOT to the daily rent.Because of the fact that I was answered so snippy, I assume that this question I asked the person on the phone is not an isolated case and occurs more often.So that such misunderstandings do not occur again and the ladies who work on these things are not "harassed" by potential customers like me with such questions, I ask the operators of this website to post the CORRECT daily rental prices.You have definitely lost a customer with me and will not recommend you. Because I'm not willing to pay around 460€ for the daily rental price, insurance, delivery costs, toll and filling up the excavator with fuel......... And that's just because I want to dig a hole

Hello, I had borrowed a mini excavator and a vibratory plate. Everything went great. I ordered the devices online. The next day I was called and we were able to clarify all the details there. Delivery and collection was also uncomplicated. The devices themselves are very well maintained and worked smoothly for the entire weekend.Gladly again for the next project. Everything perfect!!
